1. Eligibility Criteria
- Admission is open to girls of all backgrounds who wish to receive Islamic and modern education.
- The minimum age for admission is 4 years for the Pre-primary section.
- For higher classes, students must pass the entrance test conducted by the madrasa.
- Students transferring from other institutions must provide valid transfer certificates (TC) and academic records.
2. Admission Process
- Parents/guardians must collect and submit the admission form within the given admission period.
- An admission test will be conducted for students applying for classes above the Pre-primary level.
- Selected students must complete the fee payment and document verification process to confirm admission.
- Admission is granted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of seats.
3. Required Documents
At the time of admission, parents/guardians must submit the following documents:
- Duly filled admission form (provided by the madrasa).
- Birth certificate or any valid age proof.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs of the student.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) (if applicable).
- Previous school’s progress report (for students applying for higher classes).
- Parent/Guardian’s ID proof (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Passport).
- Medical certificate (if any health conditions need special attention).
4. Academic Rules & Attendance
- Students must maintain a minimum 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations.
- Regular participation in Islamic studies, Quran recitation, and academic subjects is mandatory.
- Late arrivals or frequent absences may lead to disciplinary actions.
- Students must complete all homework, assignments, and projects on time.
5. Dress Code & Discipline
- Students must wear the prescribed madrasa uniform daily.
- Hijab is mandatory for all students from class 3 onwards.
- Proper Islamic etiquette, respect for teachers, and disciplined behavior must be followed at all times.
- Any form of misbehavior, disobedience, or damage to school property will lead to strict action.
6. Fees & Payment Policy
- The admission fee, monthly tuition fee, and other charges must be paid on time.
- Late fee payments will attract a fine as per the madrasa’s policy.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special cases decided by the administration.
- Parents/guardians must keep fee receipts for future reference.
7. Examination & Promotion Policy
- Students will undergo periodic assessments and examinations to evaluate their progress.
- Promotion to the next class will depend on:
- Performance in exams (Islamic & general subjects).
- Regular attendance and participation in activities.
- Good behavior and adherence to madrasa rules.
- If a student fails in the final examination, the madrasa reserves the right to hold the promotion or provide re-examination opportunities.
8. Parent & Guardian Responsibilities
- Parents must ensure their child attends madrasa regularly and punctually.
- Any leave of absence must be informed in advance with a proper reason.
- Parents must attend parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and discuss their child’s progress.
- Any medical condition or special requirement of the child must be informed to the administration.
- Parents are not allowed to meet students during class hours without prior permission.
9. General Rules & Regulations
- The madrasa reserves the right to expel any student who fails to follow the rules and regulations.
- Students must respect their teachers and fellow students at all times.
- Mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or unnecessary valuables are not allowed.
- Participation in Islamic events, cultural programs, and extracurricular activities is encouraged.
- Any change in address or contact details must be informed to the administration immediately.
10. Disciplinary Actions
- Violation of any madrasa rules may lead to:
- Verbal or written warning.
- Suspension for a specific period.
- Expulsion in severe cases (with no refund of fees).
- The decision of the madrasa administration will be final in all disciplinary matters.
